I specialise in newborn photography, baby photography, maternity photography and all family photography with a simple and authentic style to create you soulful memories of your life. Portraying connection, joy, love and those quiet moments in between.


I offer my photography services in my contemporary and relaxed boutique studio at the heart of Killarney town, but also in the wider County Kerry, County Cork and County Limerick areas at your home or outdoors in a scenic location.

Also available for vacation photography in the whole of Ireland.

hi, I’m Sara

and I'm the mother-of-three behind Sara O'Connor Photography.

I’ve been photographing newborn babies, older babies and families for over 8 years.

When my children were born, I realised how quickly they change and how time passes and as I fell in love with every new sweet funny face, unruly strand of hair, dimple, soft cheek, I deeply wanted to remember all of it and photographed them so much, yet I was not often in the photos. I feel like as much as the photos are time capsules to how everybody looked like, but also how your parenthood felt like.

Through this my business was born as I wanted all this for other families.

I want to create beautiful images and memories that will hold value forever. And that will you back to all the feelings and emotions, you felt that time.

All this with good quality images that will print beautifully.

My style is simple, contemporary yet authentic.
